Measure hole centers in both directions

Measure center-to-center across several holes and divide by the number of gaps. Ten holes span nine gaps. If those nine gaps measure 45 mm, enter 5 mm. This is an arithmetic example, not a manufacturer specification.

Enter horizontal and vertical spacing separately in millimeters. The included 29 × 29 board with 5 mm spacing is a demonstration template; physical fit has not been tested.

Choose the direction before exporting

The PDF follows the preview unless you enable Mirror PDF. Check the direction of asymmetric details, such as a handle, before downloading. Choose A4 or Letter; if the actual-spacing grid cannot fit on the selected paper, export reports the problem instead of shrinking it.

PNG is a preview image, not a true-size template. Use PDF for the spacing and calibration workflow.

Check the paper before placing beads

1. Print the PDF using Actual size or 100%. Turn off Fit to page.
2. Measure the included 100 mm calibration line on the paper.
3. Check several printed hole centers against your own board in both directions.
4. If the calibration or alignment is wrong, correct print scaling or the entered spacing and print again.

A correct digital PDF does not establish physical printer accuracy or board fit. Check your own output before using it as a template.
